Terms and Conditions:

1. The ‘Code Braker Giveaway’ promotion at Automechanika Birmingham 6 – 8 June 2017 will run between 09.00 on 30/05/2017 and 17.00 on 09/06/2017.
2. To participate, customers who have registered online at http://www.code-braker.com will be emailed a unique ‘Code Braker’ code for a chance to unlock the safe and win one of the following prizes; iPad, Apple Watch, Bose© speaker, BeatsTM headphones and £50 worth of Love2shop vouchers; when they visit the Brake Engineering Stand No. 19E80 at Automechankia Birmingham 2017.
3. Present the unique code ‘Code Braker’ email with your name and company name to an employee at the Brake Engineering Stand No. 19E80 for a chance to try and open the safe. This email can only be used once by the named customer at Automechanika Birmingham 2017.
4. Each customer can enter the ‘Code Braker’ competition once. Only one unique ‘Code Braker’ code will be emailed to the registered customer, regardless of how many times the customer enters the competition. Only the first 5 visitors with a winning code will be able to redeem a prize each day.
5. There is no cash or other alternative to the stated or awarded prizes in whole or in part. The prizes are not transferable.
6. This promotional offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offers.
7. The promotion is offered subject to availability, legal restrictions and at the discretion of management.
8. Photocopied, altered or defaced emails with the unique ‘Code Braker’ number will not be accepted. We may treat these as void if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you are in breach of these terms and conditions or your participation is fraudulent, unlawful or you have otherwise engaged in behaviour which is contrary to the spirit of the rules or the intention of this promotion.
9. Brake Engineering are not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced unique ‘Code Braker’ email confirmations.
10. ZF and Brake Engineering employees cannot enter this promotion.
11. By participating in this promotion you agree to the promoter publicising details of the win together with the winner’s name and location to the media (including social media) and/or making the winner’s name and location available on request.
12. The promoter is the sole arbiter of this promotion and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. The promoter reserves the right to alter or withdraw the promotion at any time and without notice.
